Privacy policy

This page explains what happens to the details you send me through this website. I keep it short and simple: I only use them to answer you and to plan your shoot.
Who I am
Motti Avraham, photographer and videographer, Lefkada, Greece. You can reach me at motti.avraham7@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.
What I collect
When you send the contact form, I receive what you write in it: your name, email, the type of shoot, your dates and your message. I don't ask for anything else, and the site has no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.
Why I use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we work together, plan and deliver your shoot. The legal basis is your request and the steps needed before an agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). I never sell your details or use them for newsletters.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the form before passing it to me.
- Google delivers my email and the fonts used on this site. Loading the fonts sends your IP address to Google.
- Vimeo plays the films. A film only loads from Vimeo when you press play, with Vimeo's "do not track" option on.
- WhatsApp handles the chat if you choose to message me there.
Some of these companies may process data outside the EU, under their own data protection safeguards.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a booking are deleted within 12 months. For clients, I keep what I need for the work and for my accounts for as long as Greek law requires.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop using them. Just send me an email. If you're unhappy with how I handled your data, you can also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
